In Frazione Romillod Capard 3, a few steps from the thermal baths, you will find our newly renovated house with independent access, with terrace, parking space, independent heating, washing machine, wifi, beds ready with sheets and blankets and towels in the bathroom.
You’ll love the completely new ‘mountain’ style furnishings and the view of the great mountains of the Aosta Valley!
Upon entering, you enter the living area with fully equipped kitchenette and living area with double sofa bed.
Downstairs is the sleeping area with 1 double bedroom and a complete bathroom.

How it works
Following the confirmation you will be given the telephone number of our collaborator who will welcome you in the flat and will be available in case of need.
At the check in you will be asked to pay the city tax: € 0,50 per night per adult and a security deposit of € 200,00 in cash that will be returned at the check out in the absence of serious damage to the property or serious violations of the house rules.
HOUSE RULES: smoking is not allowed inside the flats, no parties can be organised and no mess can be made so as to disturb the other guests’ stay.
Check in is between 2 pm and 8 pm and check out by 10 am.
Pets are allowed and an extra € 100.00 per pet (per stay) is charged.

We currently accept animals but only in some flats, there is an extra charge of € 100 per animal so we ask guests to contact us on +39 331 23 55 053 or email francesca@immbmp.com for more information.
The terms for free cancellation must be 30 days in advance of the check in date, otherwise the deposit will not be returned and a cancellation fee will be charged.
Just select the flat you are interested in and select the check in and check out dates, once you have entered the reservation with your details, you will receive an e-mail with all the details to make the payment of the 30% deposit, the deposit must be paid by bank transfer to the indicated coordinates.
Once the bank transfer has been made we ask our guests to send the bank account to francesca@immbmp.com if resident in Italy please indicate the tax code in the text of the email.
The invoice will be issued automatically with the data entered in the booking, if there are any changes, you will have to communicate this when creating the booking to our e-mail address francesca@immbmp.com
Don’t worry, we take care of everything! We will prepare the cot for your arrival, just let us know this detail in the booking details, or send us an e-mail.
We will do our best to accommodate this request, depending on the availability of the flat, an extra fee corresponding to half the price per night will be charged.
In our flats we always include bed linen and towels, we provide one set per person, if you need extra linen we will be happy to provide it for a small extra charge of €20.00.
A security deposit will be requested on arrival. The amount of the security deposit varies depending on the property booked. As a company we put love and dedication into the care and maintenance of our flats, so we ask for your commitment to do the same.
