New and welcoming apartment in the heart of one of the most popular places for mountain lovers: the renowned Madonna di Campiglio.
STRONG POINT is THE POSITION convenient to all services, right in front of the city lake. No car needed!
Just 200m away is the city center full of shops and clubs while walking, even with boots on, just 100m you reach the Spinale cable car which takes you to the ski slopes.
Just renovated (October 2020), the apartment is on the ground floor.
An ELEVATOR takes you to the basement of the GARAGES.
The capacity is 4 ADULTS thanks to the presence of a double sofa bed and a bunk bed.
Our guests will appreciate the soothing view enjoyed from the PRIVATE GARDEN where they can relax and spend hours sunbathing.
Each space is designed to guarantee functionality and comfort in every season.
At the entrance we have placed a wardrobe which in the winter season can be used as a SKI AND BOOT DEPOSIT.
All comforts: ELEVATOR, GARAGE, GARDEN, WI-FI, HEATING, INDUCTION HOB, BED LINEN and TOWELS, STORAGE DEPOSIT, HAIRDRYER, IRON.
There is also a SMART TV so if you have a Netflix/Prime or other account you can continue to follow your favorite series even on vacation!

How it works
At check-in, the following will be required:
ā Tourist tax: ā¬1 per night per adult
ā Security deposit: ā¬250 in cash, which will be refunded at check-out, provided there are no serious damages to the property or violations of the house rules.

Flexible booking: You can pay a 30% deposit (by credit card or bank transfer) and cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Payment instructions will be sent at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival.
Non-refundable rate: You can pay the full amount of the stay at a discounted, non-refundable rate via bank transfer or credit card.
What to see and do in Madonna di Campiglio
It is a renowned and worldly ski resort. In winter, fun on the endless and famous ski slopes of the new Ski Area Madonna di Campiglio ā Pinzolo ā Folgarida ā Marilleva is guaranteed.
It boasts, not surprisingly, the presence of about 60 kilometers of ski slopes and 20 lifts for a total of about 150 kilometers of slopes that furrow the slopes at high altitude alongside a landscape studded with lakes, valleys, streams, huts and shelters, as well as 70,000 square meters of snow park and 40 for Nordic skiing.
Madonna di Campiglio is home to the Three Races in Trentino, one of the oldest ski races in Europe.
The special slalom races for the Alpine Skiing World Cup are also held on the 3 Tre slope.
Madonna di Campiglio, however, is also one of the most prestigious destinations for summer tourism, also chosen by the rulers of Austria, in the second half of the 19th century, as a location for their holidays.
The memory of Princess Sissi and Emperor Franz Joseph in those places is still alive today.
The Habsburg Carnival also takes place in the mountain village during which the traditional uses and customs of the past are recalled.
A day marked by parades in period costumes, conferences and cultural events dedicated to the Emperor Franz Joseph who reigned over Campiglio.
The tributes to the great sovereign also continue in the summer. Every year, in fact, the Emperor’s Birthday is celebrated on August 18, yet another day dedicated to the wonderful and precious period costumes.
Privacy & Covid 19 Security
Furthermore, with the exception of the time of check-in, none of our collaborators will enter the apartment until the end of your stay unless specifically called by you out of necessity.

We accept pets in all apartments. There is an extra charge of ā¬50 or ā¬100 depending on the length of stay per animal, so we ask kind guests to contact us at +39 331 23 55 053 or e-mail francesca@immbmp.com for more information.

The terms for free cancellation must be 30 days in advance of the check in date, otherwise the deposit will not be returned and a cancellation fee will be charged.
Just select the flat you are interested in and select the check in and check out dates, once you have entered the reservation with your details, you will receive an e-mail with all the details to make the payment of the 30% deposit, the deposit must be paid by bank transfer to the indicated coordinates.
Once the bank transfer has been made we ask our guests to send the bank account to francesca@immbmp.com if resident in Italy please indicate the tax code in the text of the email.
The invoice will be issued automatically with the data entered in the booking, if there are any changes, you will have to communicate this when creating the booking to our e-mail address francesca@immbmp.com
Don’t worry, we take care of everything! We will prepare the cot for your arrival, just let us know this detail in the booking details, or send us an e-mail.
We will do our best to accommodate this request, depending on the availability of the flat, an extra fee corresponding to half the price per night will be charged.
In our flats we always include bed linen and towels, we provide one set per person, if you need extra linen we will be happy to provide it for a small extra charge of ā¬20.00.
A security deposit will be requested on arrival. The amount of the security deposit varies depending on the property booked. As a company we put love and dedication into the care and maintenance of our flats, so we ask for your commitment to do the same.
