Located on the second floor of the Residence, the flat opens onto the living area with table, TV, double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette with all appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer).
A large French window leads to the lake-view terrace with table and chairs.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with access to the lake view balcony and a single bedroom.
ALL COMFORT: air conditioning, heating, wifi, covered parking for 2 cars, outdoor parking for 1 car, towels, bed linen, washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, cot and table seat.
It is the ideal solution for group or family holidays!

How it works
Following the confirmation you will be given the telephone number of our collaborator who will welcome you in the flat and will be available in case of need.
At the check in you will be asked to pay the city tax: € 2 per night per adult and a security deposit of € 250,00 in cash that will be returned at the check out in the absence of serious damage to the property or serious violations of the house rules.
HOUSE RULES: smoking is not allowed inside the flats, no parties can be organised and no mess can be made so as to disturb the other guests’ stay.
Check in is between 2 pm and 8 pm and check out by 10 am.
Pets are allowed and an extra € 100.00 per pet (per stay) is charged.
What to see and do in Sirmione
A boat rental is 5 minutes away. You can moor your rental boat in the reserved place on the pier of the residence.
Just a few meters away, numerous LOCALS where you can eat both during the day and in the evening, open all year round.
At 500 meters there are the famous TERME DI SIRMIONE, which can also be reached on foot!
Traveling for less than 4 km, including via a cycle and pedestrian path, you reach the MEDIEVAL HISTORICAL CENTER of the city.
At 3 km the Water Park LE NINFEE DEL GARDA.
At 8 km the GOLF CHERVO’ golf course.
Gardaland is 10km away.
At 11 km the golf course GOLF CLUB PARADISO.
The MOVIELAND PARK playground is 12 km away.
At 15 km the CANEVA WORLD water park.
Privacy & Covid 19 Security
Furthermore, with the exception of the time of check-in, none of our collaborators will enter the apartment until the end of your stay unless specifically called by you out of necessity.

We currently accept animals but only in some flats, there is an extra charge of € 100 per animal so we ask guests to contact us on +39 331 23 55 053 or email francesca@immbmp.com for more information.
The terms for free cancellation must be 30 days in advance of the check in date, otherwise the deposit will not be returned and a cancellation fee will be charged.
Just select the flat you are interested in and select the check in and check out dates, once you have entered the reservation with your details, you will receive an e-mail with all the details to make the payment of the 30% deposit, the deposit must be paid by bank transfer to the indicated coordinates.
Once the bank transfer has been made we ask our guests to send the bank account to francesca@immbmp.com if resident in Italy please indicate the tax code in the text of the email.
The invoice will be issued automatically with the data entered in the booking, if there are any changes, you will have to communicate this when creating the booking to our e-mail address francesca@immbmp.com
Don’t worry, we take care of everything! We will prepare the cot for your arrival, just let us know this detail in the booking details, or send us an e-mail.
We will do our best to accommodate this request, depending on the availability of the flat, an extra fee corresponding to half the price per night will be charged.
In our flats we always include bed linen and towels, we provide one set per person, if you need extra linen we will be happy to provide it for a small extra charge of €20.00.
A security deposit will be requested on arrival. The amount of the security deposit varies depending on the property booked. As a company we put love and dedication into the care and maintenance of our flats, so we ask for your commitment to do the same.
