💳 Payment methods
Flexible booking: you can pay a 30% deposit (by credit card or bank transfer) and cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Payment instructions will be sent at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival.
Non-refundable rate: you can pay the full amount of the stay at a discounted, non-refundable rate via bank transfer or credit card.

The Residence Gioiosa is a two-level villa in the middle of nature. It is surrounded by a garden that is tinged with a thousand colours in the summer season.
It stands on the slopes of the famous Motta Rossa, only 300 metres from the well-kept historic centre of the village characterised by a dense network of stepped alleys.
From the Villa’s garden, a walk leads to the village centre!
In just 7 minutes on foot you can visit the typical ‘Chiesa Vecchia’.
Just a few minutes away is Stresa, a town full of unmissable initiatives and events and from whose harbour boats depart for guided tours to the beautiful Borromean Islands of Lake Maggiore.

Coming from Arona, immediately after Lesa, we find Belgirate.
Located at the foot of the Motta Rossa, it is home to important international sailing regattas.
From its lakefront you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore.
Walking in the upper part of the town, in the narrow stepped alleys of the characteristic historic centre, among ancient houses, stands the Gothic church of Santa Maria, called CHIESA VECCHIA, dating back to the 12th century with a Romanesque bell tower and adorned with 16th century frescoes.
There are numerous paths that will give you the opportunity to get to know the area by walking among enchanting views.
Among the attractions most appreciated by travelers is the tourist tour of the Borromean Islands by boat!
You will spend a day visiting magnificent places, hopping on and off the boat as you please.
