EXPLANATION OF THE DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES:

Polenterchef: with a minimum of 4 participants, the experience consists of an explanation of how to prepare polenta, including a lunch of polenta with side dish, main course, water and wine. It is also explained how to make flour, starting with the raw material. In the course of the experience, a local polenta expert will be present to explain and share with you all the curiosities relating to the typical food of Trentino, especially that made with Storo flour.
The meeting point is at 11 a.m. at Piana Maso Curio in Caderzone Terme.
Cost of the experience: €35 per person, minimum 4 people, children aged 0-8 free.

The power of the cold immersive sensory experience in the waters of the River Sarca thanks to certified guide Alessio Alfei, certified trainer of the Wim Hof lev.2 Method, you will learn to master the body’s response to low temperatures and unlock an enormous potential for psychophysical wellbeing.
During the experience, knowledge of human physiological mechanisms, such as adaptation to cold, will be imparted.
