Two paths to choose from, choose the one that best suits you and test yourself!
Departure at 7:30 From the splendid setting of the Cattolica Aquarium in Corso Italia Arrival in Gabicce Monte on the “balcony of the Adriatic” Long route: 128 km, difference in altitude of 2,020 m, maximum gradient of 14%.
Departure from the Cattolica Aquarium followed by 10 km flat towards Gradara and then the first climb of 3 km towards Pievevecchia. Continue to Santa Maria del Monte and after a descent at the crossroads, turn right, thus choosing the long route.
You arrive at the first demanding climb, that of Monte Altavellio with a gradient of 7-8%. Here is also the first refreshment point (we are approximately at km 57). Continue with a descent and pass the villages of Auditore and Casinina, which are followed after 10 km in a slight descent. You then arrive at the climb of San Giorgio which leads to Mondaino. Continue to Tavullia, where the second refreshment point is located, until you reach the Overview of San Bartolo, then crossing Fiorenzuola and skirting Casteldimezzo.
The last 15 km and you arrive at the mega final refreshment point in Gabicce Monte. Medium route: 85 km, height difference of 1,393 m, maximum gradient 8%.
The departure is always from the Cattolica Aquarium and the route is the same up to Santa Maria del Monte. At the crossroads at the end of the descent, however, choose the left and thus the medium route. After a couple of km you arrive at the most important climb of this route, that of Saludecio-Mondaino, 9 km long and with an 8% gradient. Go down and continue towards Tavullia and then towards the Overview of San Bartolo. The last stretch of the race is the same as the long route and the finish line is always at the mega final refreshment point in Gabicce Monte.
