How it works
Upon arrival, the following will be required:
– Tourist tax: ā¬1 per night per adult.
– Security deposit: ā¬250 in cash, which will be refunded at check-out, provided there are no serious damages to the property or violations of house rules.

– Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
– Check-out: by 10:00 AM
ā ļø Failure to comply with these times will result in a penalty deducted from the security deposit.
Late check-in: ā¬30 per hour will be deducted for each hour of delay not communicated to the on-site contact.
Late check-out, upon request and subject to availability: extra charge of ā¬60.00.

ā Separate waste collection is mandatory: please follow the instructions and use the designated containers.

If needed, additional linen is available:

Flexible booking: you can pay a 30% deposit (by credit card or bank transfer) and cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival date. Payment instructions will be sent at the time of booking. The balance will be paid upon arrival.
Non-refundable rate: you can pay the full amount of the stay at a discounted, non-refundable rate via bank transfer or credit card.
Privacy and Security COVID
Furthermore, with the exception of the check in time, none of our staff will enter the flat until the end of your stay unless expressly called by you.

How to get there by car:
If you use the Brennero motorway you can exit at San Michele all’Adige, turn right onto state road 43 until after the village of Mezzolombardo and at the first crossroads turn left for Fai della Paganella ( S.P. 237) – See map
Exit the A22 at Trento Nord and take the new dual carriageway to the Non Valley. – See map
To reach Molveno from Riva del Garda follow state road 421 which passes through Ponte Arche. Avoid taking the road to Vezzano Ranzo, as often indicated by many navigators: at Ranzo the road is no longer accessible – Motorway network information
How to get there by train:
If you use the train you can get off at Trento or Mezzocorona depending on the trains (Brennero line) In season a bus service connects the train stations to Molveno. – Train timetable.
By public transport:
A bus connection (last bus at 6.30 p.m. in summer) links Trento, Mezzocorona with Molveno (Trentino Trasporti lines 0461-821000) With a change of vehicle Molveno is linked to Riva del Garda, Madonna di Campiglio, Cles (Valle di Non). – See timetables.
The nearest airport, with shuttles from Trento station, is Valerio Catullo di Villafranca (Verona), about 130 km.

We accept pets in all apartments. There is an extra charge of ā¬50 or ā¬100 depending on the length of stay per animal, so we ask kind guests to contact us at +39 331 23 55 053 or e-mail francesca@immbmp.com for more information.

- Non-refundable: you can pay the full amount of your stay at a discounted but non-refundable rate via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
The terms for free cancellation must be 30 days in advance of the check in date, otherwise the deposit will not be returned and a cancellation fee will be charged.
Just select the flat you are interested in and select the check in and check out dates, once you have entered the reservation with your details, you will receive an e-mail with all the details to make the payment of the 30% deposit, the deposit must be paid by bank transfer to the indicated coordinates.
Once the bank transfer has been made we ask our guests to send the bank account to francesca@immbmp.com if resident in Italy please indicate the tax code in the text of the email.
The invoice will be issued automatically with the data entered in the booking, if there are any changes, you will have to communicate this when creating the booking to our e-mail address francesca@immbmp.com
Don’t worry, we take care of everything! We will prepare the cot for your arrival, just let us know this detail in the booking details, or send us an e-mail.
We will do our best to accommodate this request, depending on the availability of the flat, an extra fee corresponding to half the price per night will be charged.
In our flats we always include bed linen and towels, we provide one set per person, if you need extra linen we will be happy to provide it for a small extra charge of ā¬20.00.
A security deposit will be requested on arrival. The amount of the security deposit varies depending on the property booked. As a company we put love and dedication into the care and maintenance of our flats, so we ask for your commitment to do the same.
