The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with mountain view and a single bedroom.

How it works

šŸ” Check-in, tourist tax, and security deposit
At check-in, the following will be required:
– Tourist tax: €1 per night per adult
– Security deposit: €250 in cash, which will be refunded at check-out, provided there are no serious damages to the property or violations of the house rules.

Flexible booking: You can pay a 30% deposit (by credit card or bank transfer) and cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Payment instructions will be sent at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival.
Non-refundable rate: You can pay the full amount of the stay at a discounted, non-refundable rate via bank transfer or credit card.

Privacy & Covid 19 Security

Before and after each access, the apartment is well aired and disinfected and the linen provided is washed with high quality disinfection products!
Furthermore, with the exception of the time of check-in, none of our collaborators will enter the apartment until the end of your stay unless specifically called by you out of necessity.

Are animals welcome?

We accept pets in all apartments. There is an extra charge of €50 or €100 depending on the length of stay per animal, so we ask kind guests to contact us at +39 331 23 55 053 or e-mail francesca@immbmp.com for more information.

What are the terms for free cancellation?

The terms for free cancellation must be 30 days in advance of the check in date, otherwise the deposit will not be returned and a cancellation fee will be charged.

How can I confirm a booking?

Just select the flat you are interested in and select the check in and check out dates, once you have entered the reservation with your details, you will receive an e-mail with all the details to make the payment of the 30% deposit, the deposit must be paid by bank transfer to the indicated coordinates.

Once the bank transfer has been made we ask our guests to send the bank account to francesca@immbmp.com if resident in Italy please indicate the tax code in the text of the email.

How can I request an invoice for my stay?

The invoice will be issued automatically with the data entered in the booking, if there are any changes, you will have to communicate this when creating the booking to our e-mail address francesca@immbmp.com

I have a small child, what can I do with the cot?

Don’t worry, we take care of everything! We will prepare the cot for your arrival, just let us know this detail in the booking details, or send us an e-mail.

I would like to make a late check-out, is this possible?

We will do our best to accommodate this request, depending on the availability of the flat, an extra fee corresponding to half the price per night will be charged.

Are bed linen and towels included?

In our flats we always include bed linen and towels, we provide one set per person, if you need extra linen we will be happy to provide it for a small extra charge of €20.00.

Is a security deposit required on arrival?

A security deposit will be requested on arrival. The amount of the security deposit varies depending on the property booked. As a company we put love and dedication into the care and maintenance of our flats, so we ask for your commitment to do the same.
