Azalea Apartment is a delightful solution for peaceful and romantic stays.
It is a delightful apartment with garden on the ground floor of a villa overlooking Lake Maggiore.
Given the raised position of the Villa, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore both from the windows and from the garden!
The entrance is independent and opens onto the living area with sofa bed and dining table.
The property includes a double bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette.
The apartment has been completely renovated and the furniture is totally new.
ALL COMFORTS: Parking, air conditioning, heating, wifi, washing machine, towels and sheets. On request it is possible to have a cot free of charge.

How it works
🔐 Check-in and security deposit A security deposit of €300, payable in cash, is required upon entry. The deposit will be returned in full upon check-out, after checking the condition of the apartment.
💶 Tourist tax Upon arrival, a tourist tax of €1.25 per person, per day will also be collected, as provided by the Municipality of St. Vincent. Exempt are children under the age of 12, disabled persons and accompanying persons.
🚗 ZTL access and parking space The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). In order to allow access with your car to the reserved covered parking space, you must communicate the license plate of your vehicle at the time of booking. We will report the details to the local police command to authorize entry.
♻️ Garbage Collection and Disposal We kindly ask guests to respect garbage collection, using the appropriate containers in the house. Before check-out, you are requested to properly dispose of waste, following the directions provided during your stay.
📆 Check-out On the day of departure, we will conduct a brief check of the apartment and, if everything is in order, we will proceed to return the security deposit.
What to see and do in Belgirate
Located at the foot of the Motta Rossa, it is home to important international sailing regattas.
From its lakefront you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore.
Walking in the upper part of the town, in the narrow stepped alleys of the characteristic historic centre, among ancient houses, stands the Gothic church of Santa Maria, called CHIESA VECCHIA, dating back to the 12th century with a Romanesque bell tower and adorned with 16th century frescoes.
There are numerous paths that will give you the opportunity to get to know the area by walking among enchanting views.
Among the attractions most appreciated by travelers is the tourist tour of the Borromean Islands by boat!
You will spend a day visiting magnificent places, hopping on and off the boat as you please.
Obligatory stops are definitely the Isola Madre, the largest of the archipelago is occupied by the Borromeo Palace and its English garden, large and spectacular, like the Isola dei Pescatori, the only permanently inhabited, also known as Superiore is characterized houses with long balconies for drying fish or even the Scoglio della Malghera, also known as Isolino degli Innamorati due to its small and romantic beach.
Belgirate is certainly a place where you can spend a few nice relaxing days…wonderful views, romantic historic villas and of course, the tradition of lake gastronomy that you can taste in the renowned restaurants.
Before leaving you, we want to make sure that you won’t miss the opportunity to go up to Mottarone by cable car.

Their presence is due to the famous personalities who in the past have sought hospitality in this splendid village on Lake Maggiore.
Did you know that the toad (sciatt, in the local language) is the totem animal of Belgirate whose inhabitants are called sciatt or sciatin? Yes, this is because, apparently, in terms of symbolic meanings, few other animals show an overlapping of positive and negative values like the toad.

We accept pets in all apartments. There is an extra charge of €50 or €100 depending on the length of stay per animal, so we ask kind guests to contact us at +39 331 23 55 053 or email francesca@immbmp.com for more information.
- Flexible booking: you can pay a 30% deposit (by credit card or bank transfer) and cancel your reservation free of charge within 30 days of your arrival date. Payment instructions will be sent at the time of booking. The remaining amount will be paid upon arrival at the property.
- Non-refundable: you can pay the full amount of your stay at a discounted but non-refundable rate via bank transfer or credit card.
The terms for free cancellation must be 30 days in advance of the check in date, otherwise the deposit will not be returned and a cancellation fee will be charged.
Just select the flat you are interested in and select the check in and check out dates, once you have entered the reservation with your details, you will receive an e-mail with all the details to make the payment of the 30% deposit, the deposit must be paid by bank transfer to the indicated coordinates.
Once the bank transfer has been made we ask our guests to send the bank account to francesca@immbmp.com if resident in Italy please indicate the tax code in the text of the email.
The invoice will be issued automatically with the data entered in the booking, if there are any changes, you will have to communicate this when creating the booking to our e-mail address francesca@immbmp.com
Don’t worry, we take care of everything! We will prepare the cot for your arrival, just let us know this detail in the booking details, or send us an e-mail.
We will do our best to accommodate this request, depending on the availability of the flat, an extra fee corresponding to half the price per night will be charged.
In our flats we always include bed linen and towels, we provide one set per person, if you need extra linen we will be happy to provide it for a small extra charge of €20.00.
A security deposit will be requested on arrival. The amount of the security deposit varies depending on the property booked. As a company we put love and dedication into the care and maintenance of our flats, so we ask for your commitment to do the same.
