Located on the second and last floor of the Residence, this flat is on two levels.
One enters directly into the living area composed of a French size sofa bed, bathroom with HYDROMASSAGE SHOWER and spacious FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN CORNER.
Two large French windows lead to the TERRACE-GARDEN LAKE VIEW.
Upstairs is the sleeping area with 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 1 bathroom.
All the services: fully equipped kitchen, outdoor kitchenette for barbecue, indoor and outdoor dining tables, rocking chair, sun loungers, coffee set on the terrace, outdoor emotional shower, internal hydromassage shower, HEATED WHIRLPOOL TUB WITH LAKE VIEW FOR EXCLUSIVE USE, towels in the bathrooms, beds ready with sheets and blankets.

How it works
At check-in, the following will be required:
ā Tourist tax: ā¬2.50 per night per adult
ā Security deposit: ā¬300 in cash, which will be refunded at check-out, provided there are no serious damages to the property or violations of the house rules.

Flexible booking: you can pay a 30% deposit (by credit card or bank transfer) and cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Payment instructions will be sent at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival.
Non-refundable rate: you can pay the full amount of the stay at a discounted, non-refundable rate via bank transfer or credit card.
What to see and do in Brenzone
Because of the long territory surrounded by water, Brenzone certainly doesn’t lack beaches and even opportunities for fun!
There are all sizes, free and equipped, ideal for families or sports enthusiasts. Arrival and departure point for surfers or divers. The water is so clear that it’s impossible not to dive in and the breeze makes it easier to get a tan.Ā
You can choose whether to spend your time on walks and excursions or immerse yourself in the folkloric atmosphere of events and festivals.
A handful of km from Brenzone there are several towns that we recommend you visit and photograph! In each you will find a strange sport to practice or a church, villa or castle to visit. For example, in Malcesine there is the possibility of flying over Lake Garda, in a slow and silent wander enjoying the beautiful landscape from another perspective. Which? That of the eagles. And how? Paragliding!
It is a magical place where you can walk, tan and recharge your batteries by getting lost in the depths of the Garda water in contrast with the immensity of Monte Baldo.

Privacy & Covid 19 Security
Furthermore, with the exception of the time of check-in, none of our collaborators will enter the apartment until the end of your stay unless specifically called by you out of necessity.

We accept pets in all apartments. There is an extra charge of ā¬50 or ā¬100 depending on the length of stay per animal, so we ask kind guests to contact us at +39 331 23 55 053 or e-mail francesca@immbmp.com for more information.

- Non-refundable: you can pay the full amount of your stay at a discounted but non-refundable rate via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
The terms for free cancellation must be 30 days in advance of the check in date, otherwise the deposit will not be returned and a cancellation fee will be charged.
Just select the flat you are interested in and select the check in and check out dates, once you have entered the reservation with your details, you will receive an e-mail with all the details to make the payment of the 30% deposit, the deposit must be paid by bank transfer to the indicated coordinates.
Once the bank transfer has been made we ask our guests to send the bank account to francesca@immbmp.com if resident in Italy please indicate the tax code in the text of the email.
The invoice will be issued automatically with the data entered in the booking, if there are any changes, you will have to communicate this when creating the booking to our e-mail address francesca@immbmp.com
Don’t worry, we take care of everything! We will prepare the cot for your arrival, just let us know this detail in the booking details, or send us an e-mail.
We will do our best to accommodate this request, depending on the availability of the flat, an extra fee corresponding to half the price per night will be charged.
In our flats we always include bed linen and towels, we provide one set per person, if you need extra linen we will be happy to provide it for a small extra charge of ā¬20.00.
A security deposit will be requested on arrival. The amount of the security deposit varies depending on the property booked. As a company we put love and dedication into the care and maintenance of our flats, so we ask for your commitment to do the same.
